REWILD

Traveling across an ocean to an unfamiliar land, Iijs ("Ice") is on a mission to reunite with the only person he's ever received love from: his long-lost mother.

There's just one small problem.

Iijs is a harp seal from the Boston Aquarium. And the "mother" he's convinced he's found is a researcher who works at Canada's Cove Bay Marine Mammal Rescue and Release Hospital: the no-nonsense conservationist Weila Blackwood.

But Iijs won't let the laws of nature stop him. Or any laws, really. He'll do anything to be with Dr. Blackwood, and that includes transforming into a human and leaving his life as a seal behind.

Is Iijs a selkie? The better question to ask might be...

Do these characters eat anything besides hot dogs?!
